Measuring your blood pressure is as easy as 1-2-3! 1. Make sure the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. 2. Slide arm through cuff as shown on bare skin around your upper arm so the bottom edge is about 1/2 inch above your elbow. tighten the cuff until it is snug against your arm, but not too tight. 3. Push the power button. Read the instruction manual carefully before using this device, especially the safety instructions, and keep the instruction manual for future use.
