Directions
Most effective when mixed as directed. Mix one stick with 8 oz (237 ml) of water. Stir until fully dissolved. Drink every 1-2 hours as needed until rehydrated. Adults: Drink up to 16 8 oz servings per day. Children: Drink up to 8 8 oz servings per day. Storage/Handling: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if packaging shows signs of damage. Drink within 24 hours of mixing.
